Who is responsible for your data
Dan Stevens is the data controller for the launch list. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Your email address.
- That you ticked the consent box, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
Your diagnostic answers and scores are not sent to us. They stay in your browser.
When you submit the sign-up form, our own server holds your IP address in memory for up to 60 seconds after your last attempt to block repeated spam attempts. It is not written to disk, not stored with your email, and not recorded in our server logs.
Why, and on what legal basis
To email you when the full ADI Part 1 course launches. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.
How to unsubscribe or have your data deleted
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email [email protected]. We will remove your email address from the list.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Your email address is stored on a computer we control in the UK. We do not use a third-party mailing-list service, and only Dan Stevens can see the list. Before any launch email is sent, we will choose an email delivery provider and update this notice to name it. This website is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, which processes the IP address of every visitor (not only people who sign up) under its own privacy policy and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Your email address is not sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the launch list is closed, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
