Refunds and cancellation

Your 14-day right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you bought the course.

When you lose it. The course is digital content supplied straight away. At checkout you are asked to tick a box agreeing that your access starts immediately and that you will lose your right to cancel once your access key is issued. If you tick it and we send your key, you no longer have the 14-day right to cancel. You still have all your rights if the course is faulty or not as described (see below).

How to cancel (if you still can). Tell us clearly within the 14 days, for example by email to [email protected] or by post to the address below. You can use the form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your message before the 14 days run out.

What happens when you cancel. We refund everything you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day you tell us. We refund to the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you won't pay any fees for the refund. Your access key stops working.

If the course is faulty or not as described

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply whether or not you can cancel. Email [email protected] and tell us what's wrong. We will:

  1. fix it or replace your access within a reasonable time, at no cost to you; or
  2. if we can't, give you a price reduction, up to a full refund, within 14 days of agreeing it, to your original payment method.

If something goes wrong in the first 6 months, we assume it was wrong from the start unless we can show otherwise.

Change of mind after access has started

If you agreed to immediate access and your key has been issued, we don't give refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
