What you get

• Online access to the ADI Part 1 Study question bank: 435 multiple-choice questions written by us across the 4 ADI Part 1 bands, each answer referenced to its GOV.UK source.
• Mock exams (100 questions, 25 from each band, with a 1 hour 30 minutes timer), band drills and a weak-spot drill.
• Multiple-choice practice only. Hazard perception is not included. You need to pass both parts on the day.
• These are our own questions, not questions from the real test. We are not linked to, endorsed or approved by the DVSA.

Price
£29 one-off payment, including any VAT. No subscription and no further charges.

How access works

• After payment you get an access key by email. Enter it at adiready.co.uk/study.
• Access lasts at least 12 months from purchase.
• One key is for one person. It can be signed in on up to 3 browsers or devices at once; signing in on another signs out the oldest.
• You may be asked to re-enter your key from time to time. That is how we check the key is still valid.
• Your progress is saved in the browser you use, not on our server. Clearing your browser data, or switching device, resets it.
• You need an internet connection and an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) with JavaScript switched on.

Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of buying without giving a reason, as long as your access has not started. At checkout we ask you to agree that access starts straight away and that you lose the right to cancel once your key is issued. If you agree, the 14-day right to cancel ends when your key is sent. If something is wrong
The course must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a question is wrong, or the course doesn't work as described, email [email protected]. We will fix it or replace your access. If we can't do that within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction, which can be a full refund. Refunds are paid within 14 days to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. If our course damages your device or other content because we didn't take reasonable care, we will repair the damage or pay compensation. These are your legal rights and nothing in these terms reduces them.

Fair use
Don't share, resell or publish your key or the questions. We can switch off a key that is shared or misused; we will email you first unless the misuse is obvious.

Changes to the course
We may correct and add questions when the official guidance changes. We won't reduce what you paid for during your access period.

Complaints
Email [email protected] and we will look into it and reply.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
